   12   We will not accept returns for credit without prior authorisation.
   13   Goods sold are non-returnable unless proven faulty by the manufacturer.
   14   In the event that a product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Anime At Abbotsford reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and payment has been processed.  If payment has been processed for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Anime At Abbotsford will issue a credit to your account in the amount of the incorrect price.
   15   Unless otherwise notified by the customer, all deliveries will be despatched through the carrier of our choice.  These charges will be added to the total of the invoice.
   16   We reserve the right to adjust our List Prices depending on fluctuating shipping costs and/or the value of the Australian Dollar.

Prices
   1   All prices are considered to be set at the time an order is placed;
   2   The site strives to provide only accurate information, however in the event of a pricing error the order will be altered to reflect the correct price;
   3   In the event of manufacturer price change any affected orders will be altered to reflect the new price.
