From Bandai of Japan, this is a Gacha Gacha Doraemon figure. You put a small capsule in the back of Doraemon's head, shake him, and then wiggle his tail. Another capsule will come out of his pouch located on his tummy. Also his eyes change to show different expressions. This toy also comes with an assortment of little toys (about 20) that fit in the capsule ball (10 balls included) This figure stands about 7" tall.
